1. We just don’t think we can pay that right now. Is there a payment plan?
A. Payments are broken into two installments - a 50% deposit up front and 50% before delivery. If it’s still too much out of pocket, I understand - BTO also has a DWY service for our templates [link].
2. What are the tech requirements? What if we’re not tech-savvy?
A. The whole enchilada is done on Squarespace - the design, domain, and service are all run through the platform. BTO takes care of all of it, though. No need to lift a finger!
3. What kind of support is available after the site is live?
A. We offer the “Happily Ever After Warranty” once our design services are complete. This is excellent coverage for continued maintenance and live monitoring for your big day.
4. How much should we budget for a custom wedding site?
A. BTO clients typically invest between $10,000 - $12,000 for their sites.
5. What materials are required from us?
A. Your stationery, inspiration, key dates, guest info, registry details, photos of the bride- and groom-to-be, and any must-have features. No worries, we’ll prompt you when the time is right.
6. How customizable is “custom”?
A. Down to the pixel. Colors, layout, typography, animations, flow, guest experience. All of it is tailored to your theme, stationery, and personal taste.
7. How much time until our site is ready?
A. Once your project is on the books, it typically takes 4–6 weeks depending on complexity, revisions, and your speed in providing copy and details. Priority production upgrades are available in select circumstances.
8. Can we make changes after the site launches?
A. You’ll be handed the keys to the digital kingdom after your site goes live. Additionally, we offer a “Happily Ever After Warranty,” which includes our services for making updates to any copy or links after the launch date.
9. How are RSVPs handled?
A. You have two options - we can set up a Google Sheet for you or all RSVPs submitted can be sent directly to someone’s inbox. 
10. How private is our data?
A. Extremely. We never share or sell your info, ever. Our products are free from trackers and affiliates. Each website comes password-protected as a default and SEO is turned off, so strangers can’t find your details with a quick search. Privacy and security are two of our greatest concerns.
11. Will this website work on phones?
A. Absolutely. Most guests view wedding websites on mobile first, so your design is optimized for the most popular screen formats from the start.
12. Can you add special features?
