  • Are you a template-based service or do you create fully custom wedding websites?

    We do both! We offer both fully bespoke custom sites and templates that we can install for you or you can update yourself.

  • Do you specialize in luxury weddings specifically?

    While our bespoke offerings are tailored to luxury weddings, our templates are available for anyone looking for an elevated experience beyond what other templates on the market have to offer.

  • What types of couples are the best fit for your services?

    We service all couples who desire an editorial feel and elevated guest experience. We are a hate-free company and are delighted to serve anyone regardless of your pronouns, orientation, ability, religion, or race.

  • Do you work directly with wedding planners and agencies as well as couples?

    Yes, the process moves smoothly when planners and couples work together to provide us with the information we need to build your dream site.

  • Do you require a deposit to reserve our date?

    We require a retainer (total perentage based on your payment plan option) before you can schedule our services.

  • What kind of support is available after the site is live?

    We offer the “Happily Ever After Warranty” once our design services are complete on bespoke and done-with-you sites. This is excellent coverage for continued maintenance and live monitoring for your big day.

  • How much should we budget for a wedding site?

    BTO clients typically invest between $10,000 - $15,000 for custom sites. Templates are in the $1,000 - $5,000 range, depending on the service selected.

  • What materials are required from us?

    Your stationery, inspiration, key dates, guest info, registry details, photos of the couple, and any must-have features. No worries, we’ll prompt you when the time is right.

    We’ll cover the hosting and custom URL set up for bespoke and done-with-you clients and offer tutorial for DIY templates.

  • How customizable is “custom”?

    Down to the pixel. Colors, layout, typography, animations, flow, guest experience. All of it is tailored to your theme, stationery, and personal taste.

  • How much time until our site is ready?

    We are typically booked out 12 weeks in advance from project start date. Once your project is on our schedule, it typically takes 4–6 weeks depending on complexity, revisions, and your speed in providing copy and details. Priority production upgrades are available in select circumstances.

  • Can we make changes after the site launches?

    You’ll be handed the keys to the digital kingdom after your site goes live. Additionally, we offer a “Happily Ever After Warranty,” which includes our services for making updates to any copy or links after the launch date.

  • How are RSVPs handled?

    You have two options - we can set up a Google Sheet for you or all RSVPs submitted can be sent directly to someone’s inbox.  RSVP forms can include details like meal selection, special needs, etc.

  • How private is our data?

    Extremely. We never share or sell your info, ever. Our products are free from trackers and affiliates. Each website comes password-protected as a default and SEO is turned off, so strangers can’t find your details with a quick search. Privacy and security are two of our greatest concerns.

  • Will this website work on phones?

    Absolutely. Most guests view wedding websites on mobile first, so your design is optimized for the most popular screen formats from the start.

  • Can you add special features?
