  • Is a wedding website really necessary?

    Nope, it’s not. But then again, nothing but the marriage certificate is really necessary. So have a little fun and give your guests something to ooh and aww over long before your big day arrives. Saves you time, cuts down on endless questions, and keeps all the deets in one place. Give your guests a luxury experience from day one.

  • We just don’t think we can pay that right now. Is there a payment plan?

    Our templates are a non-refundable digital product, so payment plans aren’t available. Think of it as an investment piece in your wedding planning wardrobe.

  • What are the tech requirements? What if we’re not tech-savvy?

    The whole enchilada is made on Squarespace - the design, domain, and service are all run through the platform. If you use our DWY service, we handle this for you. If you pick a DIY template, worry not, you’ll receive plenty of tutorials and help desk access if you ever need it.

  • What kind of support is available after the site is live?

    If you purchase a template and have a question, we’re always available via email. We also offer the “Happily Ever After Warranty” for the Tailored tier. This is excellent coverage for continued maintenance and live monitoring for your big day.

  • Is the price listed all-inclusive?

    Yes, the prices listed include everything mentioned in the product breakdown. The exception being the optional “Happily Ever After Warranty” for DWY sites.

  • What material is required from us?

    You’ll need your key dates, guest info, registry details, photos of the bride- and groom-to-be, and accommodation deets. Worry not, we’ll prompt you when the time is right.

  • How customizable is “custom”?

    Down to the pixel. Colors, layout, typography, animations, flow, pages, guest experience. All of it can be tailored to your personal style. DWY service excludes any customizations beyond colors, fonts, and images. DIY clients are welcome to customize beyond the existing template, but we cannot provide tech support for anything altered.

  • How long until our site is ready?

    For DIY templates, you can easily set up your site in a few days. That’s why we include the Launch in a Weekend Guide bonus! For DWY templates, our process typically takes 2-3 weeks to launch. Priority production upgrades are available in select circumstances.

  • If we purchase a DWY template, can we make changes after the site launches?

    You’ll be handed the keys to the digital kingdom after your site goes live. Additionally, we offer a “Happily Ever After Warranty”, which includes our services for making updates to any copy or links after the launch date.

  • How are RSVPs handled?

    You have two options: a Google Sheet or submitted RSVPs can be sent directly to someone’s inbox. 

  • How private is our data?

    Extremely. We never share or sell your info, ever. Our products are free from trackers and affiliates. Each website comes password-protected as a default and SEO is turned off so strangers can’t find your details with a quick search. Privacy and security are two of our greatest concerns.

  • Will this website work on phones?

    Absolutely. Most guests view wedding websites on mobile first, so your design is optimized for the most popular screen formats from the start.

  • Can you add special features?

    This sounds like a bespoke upgrade, but we do love a challenge and getting our hands dirty in the creative process. Share with the class, we want to know your big ideas!
